Works as described. Easy to install. Just concerned that it might mess up the bottom of the door in the long run. Still trying to remember it’s always there. Been hitting the sit up bar with my foot when walking through doorway.

Can’t beat the price and the convenience

Works as advertised. It’s a little uncomfortable for bigger feet, but my daughter’s feet (smaller than mine) works fine for her. If you have hollow doors, it’s better to mount it on the opposite side that the door swing open on. That way you also have the door jamb as support when you use it. Otherwise the bottom half of the (hollow) door is flexing back away from the door… eventually stressing the door too much which could lead to door damage. Can’t beat the price! And it beats having to have someone sit or hold your feet.

Nice and sturdy product!

Very sturdy and great price! I had read a review complaining of it not being sturdy. I am not getting that. It is half the price of ones sold at local stores and is STURDIER. It comes with nice pads that protect the door, and it secures tightly. I think it’s great!

Gets the job done, but needed to be smaller for small feet/women

This was super easy to put together and use. Fit on the door very well. My comments about its design is that if you have small feet like I do, even the lowest bar is still too high, so either I had to put on gym shoes or wrap a towel around the foot holds. If I’m in socks, my feet strain too far forward for comfort. Also, since I use the lowest screw hold, there is a long piece of metal that sticks out from the door that is easy to catch your lower shins on, so I ended up just taping a white sock on it for now so I see it better and I don’t whack my leg. I’d tell the manufacture that they should consider making a small and large version of this. And for an added bonus, some kind of soft/foam tip cover to protect your shins – even if it’s just a piece of foam with a slot in one end.

Dad’s happy, we’re happy!

My father in law does morning exercises like he was still in the Air Force, and recently moved into a retirement home. He used to hook his feet under the couch for sit-ups, but wasn’t able to bring it with him due to a much smaller living space. We purchased this for him and set it up under his patio door. It is small, unobtrusive, and doesn’t affect the operation of the door. Very happy, and so is my father in law!

Thumbs up, recommend towel if you are petite

Its exactly what I was looking for! Its small, light, and easy to use. The thick padding prevents any damage to my doors! The assembly is simple and the packaging was done well. However, I’m short with small feet, so even when I placed the feet holding bars on the lowest hole, it wasn’t low enough to hold my feet properly. To fix this I took a towel and used it to fill the gap and it worked! I hope it works just as good for you if you come across this problem like I did 🙂
